Copy Cat

The first picture is a desk I purchased for $10, painted added a charming pink glass knob and in a few days it was sold. It was a perfect likeness for the the one below, currently selling at Target for $289, didn't sell mine for nearly that much, but I definately profited nicely. Not to mention mine was solid wood and not that cheap wood composite (think IKEA).

Currently selling at Pottery Barn for $100, just the lamp- not the shade.

Here is my much cheaper, like $93 dollars cheaper (the shade did run me $10) version. I have two the other sits on my glass cabinet (pictured below). Anyone can do this, it's really easy and I think it's fun :)

(yes that ugly black cord is now hidden!)
