Stay-Cation

In July I took off and used vacation for a "stay-cation" and spent the week with my family, who was in town visiting from Florida. This quote about sums it up!

Ravens Playmakers

It's that time of year again...time for Ravens Playmaker tryouts!

I spent a total of 4 seasons with the team and made some amazing memories.

 

As alumni, I return to help out during tryouts. Today I was at the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills assisting with day 2 of the tryout process.

 

Each year I am reminded of the opportunity I had and I feel so lucky to have been part of such a great organization. I wish all the girls the best of luck this upcoming season!

Thanksgiving weekend I finally was able to cross off running a FULL marathon off my bucket list. I ran the NCR Trail Marathon in Sparks Maryland on a blustery 23 degree Saturday morning.

There is no feeling like it and until you do it, you won't get it.

 

Can't wait until March to run my next full :)

Orioles Home Opener is like a holiday in Maryland. People play hooky from work and begin drinking way too early.

I got these for my birthday and have rocked them proudly- even though we dropped to LAST in the AL East!
I just love that Nike makes CUTE stuff for female fans.

If you plan to buy, they are cut big. Also some are PERFORMANCE so the material is Nike's Dry Fit- which is nice.
