Halloween 2012: Costume

ARMY TIME! Here was this year's costume!

 

Now I'm older I am so against dressing like a total whore bag and also against purchasing some cheaply made costume for some ridic price.

 

Here is the breakdown to my no cost costume:



Under Armour's Wounded Warrior Collection- with a portion of the proceeds going to help our service men and women.

Bates Combat Boots, from when I was in the Police Academy.



Gold Aviators, Nordstrom

The real deal Army hat and pants, borrowed from my neighbor. A little big, but they did the trick!

I recently have been seeing American Flag Scarfs and was dying to get my hands on one for this fall...just picked one up from Nordstrom (see below)! I think this is a great look for all seasons and they come in a wide array of styles from bright and classic to the faded vintage look.

If you are not into sports or cheering on your fellow American's, here is one good reason to watch the Olympic games this summer- American hottie Ryan Lochte.

He may not be the brightest guy (see Tosh.0 Video here) and maybe he is a douche bag (see article here) but none the less, he is definately worth looking at....
